After many years of working, studying and reading, I realize that we are never to old to learn.  The idea behind this blog is to share the knowledge I have gained and I am hoping to get some insightful feedback.  It is often difficult to bring theory and life together and making it work for us in our everyday lives.  We can share some ideas.
